This includes: Richwood Coffee (A coffee shop that supports local nonprofits), Richwood Marketing (a full service marketing agency), Richwood Payroll, Richwood Education (An HR consulting group), and others.

There has been a lot of success in the past few years, the bank has grown considerably reaching $1 billion assets and being listed as one of the fastest growing banks in Ohio for 2024 (Columbus Business Journal).

Richwood Coffee, a charitable coffee shop of Richwood Bank, also reached $1,000,000 in donations since its inception in 2015.
