Goodwill is a non-profit social enterprise that helps people find jobs and build careers through job training, employment placement services, and other community-based programs. It operates through a network of retail stores that sell donated goods, with the revenue generated supporting its mission. 
This video was a part of their “Good Happens Here” campaign with the focus of displaying to the public specific stories of success at their local Goodwills.
